sport,
It is our honor to
invite you this year, like we did in the past, to winter preparations which
will be held in Istria, more precisely in Poreč.
Tourist organizations “Plava Laguna” and “Riviera”
have for years been active participants in the elaboration of sports
programmes. They adapted their offer to special demands of individual sports.
This is how they created this special offer open for all cycling clubs, all
cycling enthusiasts and others for the period between 03.01.-31.03.2003.
Hotels Neptun and
Parentium were not chosen by chance. These are hotels with long tradition of
hosting various clubs which marked the sport history of Croatia and wider.
It is up to you to decide and choose.
Price of full board
per person per day is EUR 30.- net.
Reduction for
half-board per person per day is EUR 7.- net.
Addition for single
room is EUR 5.- per person per day net.
Residence tax per
person per day is EUR 0,80 net.
Hotel Parentium is
three-star hotels equipped with all important contents necessary for the guest
to feel at home. With the quality and professionalism of their staff, they
offer the necessary confidence. Everything in these hotels is in function of
sport, including the rich gastro offer (Swedish
table-self service) which is also adapted to the special needs of
sportsmen.
All rooms have SAT
TV, telephones, and hair dryers.
Moreover, hotel Parentium has a closed swimming pool, sauna, fitness club,
casino and night club, as well as a centre for physical medicine and
rehabilitation, rheumatology and acupuncture.
Both hotels offer a room for bike storage, as well as a washing space.
We would like to
inform all interested clubs that in February and March, Poreč will host the
following cycling races which are listed in the UCI calendar for 2003. The
organizers are HBS (the Croatian Cycling Association) and BK (the Cycling Club) Kamen Cremcaffe
Kavaimpex in collaboration with Plava Laguna, Riviera and Tourist Community of
the Town of Poreč.

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION:

Minimal stay
of the team in the hotel is 4 days (3 nights) so that the team could have a
right of participation in the race.
Teams
that do not stay in our hotels will be able to participate in the races only if
the existing teams do not fill the places. Start fee will be paid to the organizer
at the amount of 5.- EUR per cyclist per race.
